CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT + COLLATERAL

 Hepatitis Queensland engaged us to develop the creative concept for its annual Hep Can't Wait campaign, with the goal of raising awareness of hepatitis risk factors and encouraging testing and treatment through engaging, memorable communications. Inspired by classic video games, we created a retro gaming theme that transformed the liver into the campaign's hero character. The 2023 campaign featured an 8-bit-style game where users were asked "Are you at risk?" and prompted to select yes or no, making an important health message both accessible and interactive. The concept proved so successful that it was repeated in 2024, and in 2025 we evolved the creative with a Space Invaders-inspired design, featuring the liver piloting a spaceship and defending itself against hepatitis viruses. The campaign was rolled out across posters, coffee cups, T-shirts, social media, digital advertising and other promotional materials, demonstrating how creative storytelling and nostalgic design can drive engagement with important public health messages.
