BRAND DEVELOPMENT + COLLATERAL DESIGN + PLACE MAKING

Market Square, a renowned multicultural business precinct and foodie paradise, is located in Sunnybank, the centre of one of Brisbane’s fastest growing regions. In 2020, a 7,000sqm expansion was completed, and our involvement helped refine Market Square's brand strategy to help bring to life a visual identity that became the face of the redevelopment.

 The building's distinctive architectural elements were designed into the logo to create harmony between structure and brand. A gold and jade colour scheme, culturally considered lucky, was implemented across collateral with gold foil embellisments heightening the luxury feel.

 ALTR was commissioned to create conceptual designs for internal and external wayfinding, along with interior design renders. We also designed sculptural installations that were integrated throughout the building to help support the brand experience.
