Metro Property – Capestone Lakeside Living

Building on the success of the launched development ALTR Design evaluated the existing brochure, identifying personality, resolving brand architecture, clarifying messaging and repositioning with supporting imagery.

The dated brochure required a new visual communications strategy with a revitalised brand identity. This involved employing a contemporary typeface, stronger use of the brand’s signature blues and greens and the involvment of heroic imagery.
